Remember in the late 90s, there was an estrogen answer to music fests like Lollapalooza called Lilith Fair, launched by Canadian songstress Sarah McLachlan?

The traveling fest took over North America the summers of 1997 to 1999, featured acts like the Dixie Chicks, Fiona Apple, Sheryl Crow, Holly McNarland and more, and raised over $10 million for women's charities... and then it disappeared.

But guess what? It's coming back!

Announced today on Twitter by Nettwerk founder Terry McBride, Lilith Fair will be making its triumphant return in 2010.

Though dates aren't firmed up yet, the first round of cities - 18 in all - includes Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York and many others, and there are tales of a two-week jaunt through Europe as well.

No doubt news will be coming fast and furious leading up to the summer dates, so keep your eyes peeled on the official site for more info.

Thrillmaster Rob Zombie was set to tour in support of Hellbilly Deluxe 2, the sequel to his 1998 smash solo release. There's just one problem - the album is delayed. It was slated to come out November 17th, but that date has been shelved and the only mention of a new date comes in the form of a promise that another will be announced soon. However, that's not stopping Zombie from doing his tour. He has a special version of the show for his Halloween date in Los Angeles, wherein he plans on recreating parts of Halloween 2 for the performance. He then continues on to Denver, Houston and Chicago before wrapping up in Washington on December 5th.

U2 Plays Berlin For Free
It seems like this week is all about the U2 news, and there's good reason why. The web-simulcast of their Rose Bowl show was a hit, they announced more 2010 tour dates for their 360 tour (which is up for a Billboard Award), and now, they're slated to play a concert in Berlin to help celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Best part? They're playing for free! But you still need tickets to get into the show, so if you happen to be on foreign soil and want to go, check out the band's official site for details.
