Once you've checked out all the haunts, make plans to go as soon as you can. You'll be sure to have a ghoulish time but beware of the evil that lurks within. They'll certainly keep you on your toes. Perhaps you should go in disguise or maybe you should bring someone to protect you. But no matter how you decide to go -- just be sure you're brave enough to go inside. You might change your mind once you see the worst of these in person.

I was at the eastern pen last week. Was a waste of money.. Too overly crowded.. The actors don't have enough time to set up to scare the next group going threw.

It's that time of year again when people tell ghost stories and you hear tales of houses that are haunted. The interest in finding real haunted houses and also Haunted House attractions increases around Halloween.
South Carolina is loaded with urban legends. Myrtle Beach Haunted Houses and Conway Haunted Houses are very popular this time of year.
Myrtle Beach and Charleston are the most haunted cities in South Carolina.
The local area features a warehouse built in the 1890's that is considered the area's only true Myrtle Beach Haunted House attraction. Located in downtown Conway SC, under the Main Street Bridge is where this building is located. http://www.terrorunderthebridge.com/

I had to get the Tickle Me Plant Greenhouse . I found it at

I went to the 13th gate this year. It didn't scare me, but I'm hard to scare. It was very visually appealing. It had Jack Sparrow, Davey Jones AND the Cracken! Not to mention an abominable snowman and an insane asylum! It's a lot of fun, and this year they had CARNEVIL next door, which was awesome. So if you're in downtown Baton Rouge, you've got to go. It's different every year, and totally worth it.

I live like an hour away from New Orleans. It sucked before Katrina, and now it's overrun with the looters who stayed behind and illegal immigrants. Shame, because the quarter is gorgeous.
