It's almost Fourth of July which means its time to celebrate America and take a look at our annual list of top July 4th fireworks. What makes a top July 4th firework display? Sometimes its the sheer size of the pyrotechnic perfection like New York City and sometimes its the entertainment, tradition and overall vibe that makes the list.

20. Milwaukee U.S. Bank Fireworks - July 3, 2009
Milwaukee fires off a beautiful display of lights over Lake Michigan the day before the holiday (pictured above). Fireworks blast the night sky for a full hour after sunset. But the celebration starts long before that. At noon, catch a fantastic and fun family festival which will feature activities and entertainment for everyone. So don't forget to get there early with your whole family to enjoy all that this event has to offer.

Head to Veteran's Park for the best view of the spectacle. The fireworks display will launch at 9:25PM this year so don't miss it.
