Yet another young actress has allowed herself to be recorded under unprofessional circumstances, and the resulting sex tape has dirty minds a buzz.
Leighton Meester, one of the stars of Gossip Girl -- whom I care only enough to write about now because it's entertaining -- apparently allowed an ex-boyfriend to videotape her doing filthy things with her toes. What a dummy. Meester now joins the regrettable ranks of other celebrities -- young and older - who might have thought twice about allowing a guy or girl who might someday either A) be poor and think of blackmail or B) come to dislike them intensely to capture intimate moments.
Celebhotline.com is looking to buy Meester's, and of course there is a market for such things. Trying to remember -- because we forget so fast, don't we? -- the sex tapes of the past, I did some research, and I cannot share the links with you because they are just nasty. You can check out the kosher listing of the "top ten" celeb sex tapes, however, here. And, you'll notice a trend: it's usually actresses (or the odd actor, like Rob Lowe) and rock stars on the verge of being porn-tastic anyway: Pamela Anderson, Fred Durst, Colin Farrell, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian...supposedly Britney Spears and Kristin Davis of Sex and the City fame (this is the odd one in the bunch, and has never been substantiated - I hope she sued) have one, too. So did Jimi Hendrix a million years ago. Perhaps it was called "Excuse Me While I Kiss this Guy"?
