It's just seems that singer Rihanna can't catch a break lately. After the incident with on again and off again boyfriend Chris Brown she has been laying low. They even made a song about it,by group Smoke Jumpers.

Well, it's now reported her Sanskrit tattoo on her right hip. Only problem: it's misspelled. Rihanna's tattoo was meant to have a message of forgiveness, reading, "forgiveness, honesty, suppression and control." It was translated from a necklace given to her by someone close.

New York tattoo artist Bang Bang inked the tattoo, and thinks the misspelling won't upset her too much. This comes on the heals of the singer getting hand guns tattooed on her shoulders.

The mistake, though, has brought about quite a bit of criticism from Hindus worldwide. Several celebrities have taken an interest in Sanskrit tattoos and the resurgence of the language has drawn pleas from Hindu spokesman asking that tattoo artists take part in training to learn more about the ancient language.

Of course, this is not the only celebrity to get a misspelled tattoo. Justin Timberlake has a Chinese character tattoo that is supposed to mean "song" while it also represents the words "bent" and "wrong." Former Timberlake girlfriend Britney Spears has a Chinese character tattoo that should mean "mysterious" but it actually says, "strange."
