As David Cook's tour heats up and takes over the number one spot on the hottest tours list and as American Idol steps into the Hollywood leg of the contest, it's interesting to look back at other previous winners and their upcoming live shows.

David Cook's tour continues February 13 in Tallahassee, Florida at Florida State University for a bunch of college students and runs through April 25 when he plays the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While Cook appears to be the only one of the previous seven winners currently on tour, Jordin Sparks, Taylor Hicks, Carrie Underwood and Fantasia do have upcoming shows.

Underwood, possibly one of the more successful of the American Idols with several Country Music Awards and other acknowledgments to prove it, has one upcoming show February 8 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California for the Grammy Awards. Sparks who most recently toured through the summer of 2008 has since stopped in Massachusetts, Texas and Sidney, Australia. Her next planned show is on March 7 in Ocala, Florida for the Kidfetti Festival.

Meanwhile, Taylor Hicks will perform on February 7 at Rams Head On Stage in Annapolis, Maryland and Fantasia will do her thing February 14 at Murat Egyptian Room in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band Tour
After they rock the Super Bowl on February 1, it appears that Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band will be preparing for their tour in April. The band has announced that they will kick off a North American tour in support of their new album which came out on January 27. The album is called "Working on a Dream".

Following their February 1 half-time appearance, Springsteen and the band will play the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California on April 1. The tour will take them through Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania among other locations. Before shipping off to the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, the boys will play two shows in East Rutherford, New Jersey at the IZOD Center on May 21 and 23.

Coachella Lineup Rumored
With the Coachella Valley music festival inching up on us, several blogs and other Web sites are arguing over who will headline the show running April 17, 18 and 19 in . Ryan Seacrest mistakenly published an erroneous lineup on his blog naming Paul McCartney and Katy Perry the headliners on the afternoon of January 28. The LA Times was quick to point out the error. However no confirmation has come down from the head Coachella honchos as to who will play the three-day festival.
