Chik-fil-A introduced quick-serve customers to breakfast chicken when they added the Chicken Biscuit to their menu. But the restaurant still has an edge up on the competition by guaranteeing that their chicken biscuits are made from scratch. And on New Year's Day, customers will be treated to a free fresh chicken biscuit.

Any customer who purchases anything at any Chick-fil-A nationwide will receive a coupon for a free chicken biscuit. The biscuit, which is served on the Chik-fil-A's very popular breakfast menu, can be redeemed anytime before March 28, 2009.

Chik-fil-A will announce the giveaway during the televised Chik-fil-A Bowl game (on ESPN at 7:30 pm) between LSU and Georgia Tech.

The restaurant is proud to serve the delicious chicken biscuit which became the flagship product on the breakfast menu introduced in 1986. It's still one of the most popular eats in the restaurant today.
